Mind Full or Mindful: A Taste of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction September 28, 2015 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM

This 3 hour experiential program offers a teaste of the mindfulness practices found in MBSR-an integrated life-enrichment program used in complementary medicine and wellness programs in universities and hospitals throughout the world.
The training will take place in the JCTA Board Room at 1941 Bishop Lane, Suite 300. 3 hours of Professional Development will be available. Light, healthy snacks (apples, bananas, nuts, calming tea) will be served.
Note: This training is being provided by John Shealy, PhD, who is a licensed psychologist who specializes in Integral Psychotherapy and MBSR.
