JCTA was established in 1968 and for over fifty years we continue to be thecollective bargaining agent for over 6,000 certified personnel employees of the Jefferson County Public Schools.

We represent teachers, librarians, speech clinicians, physical therapists, and occupational therapists in every one of the public schools throughout Jefferson County.
