Sick Leave Bank Open Enrollment
   
 

Sick Leave Bank Enrollment for new teachers or teachers that missed the Open Enrollment last year (2018) begins August 19 and ends on September 20.

The Sick Leave Bank is for certified members and non-members of JCTA. If you wish to join the JCTA SLB fill out the form and there is no need to log-in.

The enrollment form can be filled out and submitted online using the link below.

Enrollment of SLB will start immediately upon receipt of the forms, and enrollment ends on Friday, September 20 at 5:00pm. Any forms received after September 20 will not be accepted.

Your donation of one sick day makes you a SLB member from August 19, 2019 to September 1, 2020.

JCTA Full Diversity Training
September 14, 2019
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Diversity (Saturday, September 14): Eight (8) hours PD credit; breakfast and lunch provided.  This training was developed by the National Education Association; topics covered include core beliefs and how they shape your interactions with others, strategies for handling hot buttons, and social justice. Tuesday, June 18th. Doors open at 8 am with breakfast. Training begins promptly at 8:30 am and is completed by 4:30 pm. NOTE: No PD Credit is offered for breakfast or lunch. Introduction to School-Based Decision Making. Three hours PD credit; dinner provided.  New SBDM council members must attend both sessions (Part 1 and 2) to satisfy new council member training requirement; returning council members may attend just one session or may choose to attend the advanced SBDM session.  Part 1, Tuesday, September 17, 4:30-7:30 PM.
