New Member Welcome (30 minutes)

• When: January 7, 2021, 4 p.m.
• All new members are invited to a short session to learn more about JCPS and JCTA.

Know Your Contract (90 minutes)

• When: January 14, 2021, 4 p.m.
• This session provides a brief history of our collective bargaining agreement, covers the bargaining process, explains the grievance procedure, and covers the key articles and provisions in the contract.
  

Evaluation and Tenure (45 minutes)

• When: January 21, 2021, 4 p.m. 
• This session will cover the state laws on tenure as well as the JCPS Certified Evaluation Plan and contract language on employee evaluation.
  

Member Benefits (45 minutes)

• When: January 28, 2021, 4 p.m.
• This session will provide an overview of the membership benefits you can access as a member of JCTA, KEA, and NEA.
