JCTA is governed by a multitude of elected officials. Our organization is led by four officers and our board of directors. Our main policy-making body is the professional representative council, which is comprised of representatives from each school site or program location. Each school is allowed one professional representative and one alternate for every fifteen members or major fraction thereof at its site. JCTA also has a full-time staff of employees who help to implement our policies, advise the leadership and advocate for members.
